I met Robin Hoffman several years ago during a difficult time in my uncle and aunt's lives, and we became immediate friends. She was a breath of fresh air, and as kind as one could hope for. As life would happen, both my aunt and uncle passed away and I inherited their home across the street from Robin. complicating the situation was the fact that I lived in Jacksonville, FL, still Robin was extremely responsive and in touch when I needed her help. There was much rehab work to be completed, and my family and I did as much as possible. We decided to sell the home, and I knew Robin would be the best for the job because of her love for the neighborhood, and her vast experience in the area. Not only was Robin very knowledgeable about the area and what would enhance our sales price, she was also very helpful referring me to contractors and other companies that could assist us. We came to Robin for preliminary ideas as we were selling our PA home. She didn't push us to look before we were ready. We were fixated on beach front. Robin took us to many, many units matching our specs. We weren't thrilled with the value of beach front properties. Robin asked if she could show us "something special" off the beach (but close).
